Heck, I came out of Rutgers where some general had our connection yanked
off the ARPANET probably because he had indigestion.  But that wasn't
the point.  The point is that with peering relationships being the way
they are, nobody has the ability to make that threat anymore because
they'd be harming their own customers in the process.
