An IMX6 on battery?

The hardware guys on the projects I've been on tend to compare IMX6 power consumption to a V8 engine with dual quad carbs gas consumption. I've only ever used one on a system connected to grid power.

Every other embedded system I've been on has really poor dynamic memory because the hardware group is trimming power consumption every place they can. It's no biggie. One just has to design software differently.
