A static Qt build also has plugins in form of static libraries and you'll have to decide when building/linking your app which plugins to link against (which is not a big deal). I haven't used `GET_RUNTIME_DEPENDENCIES` myself but I would assume if you specify all plugin targets you need as `MODULES` it'll take those dependencies into account as well.
