I personally think the suspend paging needs to be included in the release even if it postpones the release for a few days. Paging costs money and having pages sent when doing maintenance is a very big problem. Right now we can stop paging with page now. This is a critical problem for us. We would have to wait for the next beta period with the suspend pages function before we could upgrade.

3.7 (the next release) is currently in beta--the very next beta release will be in a day or two and should include this. When you upgrade to 3.7, you will get this feature. Sorry if I wasn't clear before.

My other question is this: Is there any plans on adding a Suspend Paging feature in a future release of Intermapper. I have asked before, and the answer was the dependencies...however, unless I am reading wrong, you can only have 1 reference per map, and we would need several ref's per map for core building switches etc. I think it would be so much easier to have a Suspend Paging feature that, if the network is down or there is a problem, we can go to the Mac and just click a menu to suspend the paging and we know for sure we won't get those annoying pages when we know its down.

We just talked about it--something like this will be in 3.7, starting with the next beta.
