I second that request, it would be great to log SNMP traps in their own
log file.

Subject: [IM-Talk] Redirecting SNMP Traps

Is there a way in Intermapper to redirect all incoming SNMP Traps into a
separate log file, instead of into the main Event Log?
I have intermapper set up to receive a large amount of traps, just as a
backup, in case my main Syslog server goes down. Because the traffic is
fairly high, the Event Log becomes somewhat hard to use. If I could
redirect traps to a different log, it would be a great help.

Thanks,
