All,
Hopefully someone has run across this before. We have Intermapper sending emails to our phones for devices that go up and down. The issue we had recently, though, was that we had a wireless link that didn't go down, but was dropping packets because of interference. Because of this, we got literally dozens of notifications on our phones, which can get expensive.
In Nagios, there's a way to turn on flap detection, so that if a device goes up and down a certain number of times within a certain time span, it stops sending notices.
Is there a way to do this in Intermapper as well?
