Can InterMapper send a trap to itself?
The reason I ask, is I have a device which will send a trap to InterMapper with critical information about another device on my network. That device is unable to send a trap itself. I can parse out that device's IP address in my probe, but I would like to Alarm the device that is causing the issue, rather than the "controlling" device. I was hoping that I could get InterMapper to send a trap to itself with the second devices Ip address as the "From" address. Or maybe there is some other easier way to do this?
