Hi, Does any one know if it is possible to set an acknowledge for a Map? We have a Map that point to other maps. That way we can view in one place an overview of all our networks. The problem is that we also monitor customer maps, so when they have network issues, we cannot set an acknowledge on the map icon that is on our map. Any idea if this is possible?
As my guess after reading the manual is no, I will suggest to add this as a feature. The manual said that the acknowledges are for devices, maybe will be great to have it for maps too.
