We have a few Cisco 28xx routers that we use as part of our VoIP system. We discovered last night that one of them had a failed internal power supply and was running on an attached RPS. Apparently our existing Intermapper probes don't monitor for that failure. I've spent a while looking at SNMP MIB information this morning, but I can't find the right OID to monitor to see if the device is running on the internal power supply or an external RPS. (I was able to find ciscoEnvMonSupplyStatusEntry - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1 - which looks right. Unfortunately that returns " No Such Object available on this agent at this" on our 28xxs.) Does anyone either have a probe that monitors for power supply status or an idea of what OID I need to be monitoring?
