are you requesting the device every 10 Minutes ?!
and in morning of the 04/26 every 5 minutes ?!

shorten the request-time (pollintervall) for this device to 30 sec  (or less)
so you can see how often you are really loosing the connection/packages.

All in all you have a problem with the device or the pass to the device.
Have a look to the next hop on the way to the InterMapper.
