Yes, the messages in your log indicated that the database had gotten corrupted 
somehow; deleting the config/database folder and letting the database re-create 
it would resolve that.

Obviously this isn't what we'd like to see, though, so I'm keeping your ticket 
open as a bug.  If you run into any problems going forward, or think of 
anything unusual that might have caused such corruption (power failure, disk 
migration, etc.), please let me know by responding to that ticket.  Thanks,
