For what it's worth:
```
function f($a, $b, $c) { echo "$a-$b-$c"; }
$f = f(c: ?, b: ?, a: ?);
$f(1, 2, 3);
```
I expect this to print 3-2-1, intuitively. "c" is the new first
parameter in the "function definition" for me.
So count me as "reordering".
