Hi all,

I've proposed an update to the "What's Next" section of the Tutorial in the PHP Documentation which includes, among other resources, a link to https://phpc.tv - a community run PeerTube video site.

It's been raised that this should perhaps be discussed on internals before inclusion.

PR: https://github.com/php/doc-en/pull/5491

I think it's particularly valuable in this section of the manual because it fulfills multiple purposes:

* Content includes video tutorials, for those who prefer them
* Showcases a variety of current tools, frameworks and libraries
* Advertises podcasts people can follow
* Conference talks (in this regard it effectively replaces talks.php.net on this page, which hasn't had any new talks uploaded in recent years, and only includes the slides)

The PHP site and manual is already including links to wider community content, such as Composer / Packagist, and various community run sites / Discords on the "Help" page.

It's run by prominent community members (under the PHPC Collective[0] who also run the phpc.social Mastodon ) and I know that Anna Filina specifically is one of the people working directly on it[1].

Given who runs it, I consider it a safe resource that's likely to show up-to-date content for a significant amount of time.

Does anyone feel https://phpc.tv should not be included in the official documentation here? Other thoughts?

(Any further suggestions for the revised What's Next page are welcome too)
