This makes sense to me, and I support linking to phpc.tv. Perhaps as a v2, the Foundation could create an account on there and create curated playlists of already existing content that can be linked to? (And those playlists can be easily updated over time as the language changes and different things become relevant or out of date.) --Larry Garfield
