Yes, and in my book, my team collegues answer mails, don't ignore
users question and inform the rest of the team of their plans. If you
read the archives you will see that none of these points has been
fullfilled in the past 5 months.
Virtue number one: patience..
You should visit the A-country for a few months and see how slowly things
really can go ahead. After that few weeks is nothing. And some people
do have holidays some times. ;)
