whoever has access to the ini-file maintains the machine and
dumb administrators can not be a reason fro deprecate something
and leave it enabled by default

yes i know that their are many server admins with simply missing
knowledges, but maybe some people should learn that a webspace
with some hundret MB and a hughe feature-list is not possible
for 5 US$ per month if they need any quality of service
