Three-way votes for this type of issue are rather nightmarish. Originally, this RFC was going to have at least three separate options in the vote, but I gave up on that because of the sheer complexity. Whatever result you’d get wouldn’t be very fair and the margins wouldn’t make sense. If someone wants to make a separate RFC later for strict types or weak types or whatever, nothing would stop them.
