First of all, thank you for the nomination and suggestion. Yes, of
course, I'd be honoured to do that part. Overall, it's no secret I
still have a lot of catching up to do as far as PHP core is concerned,
but for the PHP 7.4 timeframe I can do that and will do my best to
provide quality releases on the set dates. If you think that I'm the
correct person for the PHP 7.4 release manager role already, let's do
it...

I also wanted to say that the quality level of the current PHP 7.2 and
7.3 release managers is really outstanding. I'll do my best to catch
such level.
