Skills Required and Job Description:

VISA: EAD-GC/GC /USC Only Role: Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly tracking numbers are maintained and made available to managers and supervisors for review.  Ensure all operational needs in regards to systems are maintained and corrected as necessary.  Work with staff to analyze processes, build complex reports and studies data to improve processes. Responsibilities: •Analyze, plan, develop and monitor strategies to achieve business objectives.  Develop and support management information needs through periodic performance reporting, forecasting and analysis. •Assist in development of business policies, conducts ad hoc special business related studies for management and collaborates with departments in the preparation of analysis. •Define data requirements, gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests. •Work with management to establish performance targets and goals for generating revenues and/or controlling expenses. •Perform benchmark comparisons of business processes or performance to external entities. •Assist in identifying business improvement opportunities and support selection of projects through business case analysis and prioritization against business goals. Qualifications: •5+ years of progressive experience in mortgage banking or mortgage servicing. •Knowledge of the servicing system. •5+ years of data mining experience. •Microsoft applications used in analyzing data, and high level of problem solving abilities. •Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes.
