Test/QA Engineer – SIP VOIP

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Duration: 6 months



Job Details

Participate in voice network integration testing efforts in Voice program,
work with cross functional teams to develop Test Strategy, Test Plans and
Test Cases; configure lab environment, troubleshooting network behaviors,
and facilitate end-to-end network testing and quality management. The rapid
growing Voice program is critical to our Business Customer Services



Job Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a computer science, engineering
discipline or equivalent industry experience.

·         5+ years of experience in a multi-product, multi-vendor network
integration environment in telecom.

·         Expert level experience with architecture. Must be familiar with
the different network elements that compose the VOIP platform.

·         In-depth strong working knowledge of SIP/SDP and TCP/IP.

·         Strong knowledge of Diameter protocol & its use in establishing
Quality of Service for VOIP calls as well as its implementation in IMS
architecture.

·         Knowledge of VLAN, VPN, and networking concept is required

·         Knowledge of SS7 and ISDN PRI

·         Solaris/Linux/Unix operating systems

·         Working experience with HPQC / ALM or other similar test
management tool

·         Strong oral and written communications skills

·         Highly productive quick learner that seeks and accepts challenges.

·         Excellent team player with Can-Do attitude and works well under
pressure
