Position: *UI Developer* Location: Framingham, MA Duration: 12 Months In this role as Principal UI Software Engineer, you will be a key UI developer and technical lead for the eCommerce team working on initiatives for the B2B business. This is an exciting time to be part of the global eCommerce platform team, which is forming right now and is tasked to reshape the future direction of the company. You will be part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team responsible for delivering world class eCommerce capabilities that will be utilized across multiple channels - including web, mobile, tablet, social integration, retail stores, and others. This role will be involved in numerous projects that are targeted to hitting the goals of the B2B Business. Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field 8+ years of experience as a Web Developer Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis Experience developing web services using REST Proficiency in design patterns Prior experience working in an E-Commerce company
Extensive abilities in each of the following: o JavaScript, jQuery and Angular.js o jQuery/AJAX and JSON o HTML/CSS Ability to work within Agile development environment Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with the business and other areas of IT to understand and contribute to the execution of projects to achieve our part of the B2B Goals Work in an Agile environment and participate in scrum activities by estimating, tasking and providing retrospective feedback Ensure there is clear ownership (accountability/responsibility) and focus to drive as well as resolve emerging streams of system development, integration, support and maintenance complexities Establish and sustain a high level of partnership with the Business.
