no, only specifically with reference to authentication, strong
authentication, digital signature, ability to have strong authentication
with account-based payments other than credit, implementations that have
implementations for authentication.
in case you missed it, the original posting referred to a specific industry
specification associated with authentication that was has been targeted at
the internet specific environment that was a association specification ...
not a recognized standard. furthermore there was some implication that that
authentication proposal could be used as an avenue to implicate some sort
of service currnetly served by p-cards
