Hello! Maybe it was unnecessary, but I've just filed a Bugzilla bug for the Firefox application, which manages to disable ion's keybindings when autocompleting the location bar. Let's see what happens - meanwhile, I'll try creating test-cases for other Mozilla's focus weirdnesses...
