I'm currently using the same font you put into the default config, and it's blocky IMHO. On the other hand, I'm presently typing to you in a perfectly rounded, unnoticeably blurred, antialiased font. If you don't like it, fair enough, but blocking out features just cause you won't use them will just cause more code forks. > TrueType, WYSIWYG, etc. is big mistake. Truetype isn't WYSIWYG and never will be. Truetype IS designed for the screen, and not for the printer, which is why it uses subpixel-aligned subrendering rather than point-aligned. Type1/etc are designed for printing, which is why they look blurred (but more accurate) on screen.
