you can set:
defwinprop{
instance = "yyyyyy",
jumpto = "false",
switchto = "false",
target = "xxxxx",
}
in your cfg_kludges.lua file.
Or something similar for Ion2 in kludges.lua
But then it opens all windows in the background, which might not be
disireable, if its the first konqueror window.
