Hello,

I have another question for you guys.

I am running Apple's distro of X11 on Mac OS X 10.x and I used fink to
install Ion2 after having some problems with luac when trying to
compile.

I have now got Ion working with X11 but there is one problem. I have 3
displays, one large and two medium. The resolution of the two medium
ones are identical, but the larger one has a *slightly* larger
resolution.

With X11 in root mode the most curious thing happens. Ion (or perhaps
X11) takes the bottom of the larger display to be the bottom of ALL
display and as such there is about 1cm missing at the bottom of both
the aux displays.

I am not sure if this is a bug with Apple's X11 or with Ion or
anything else - but I was hoping someone with a bit more experience of
Ion, X, Xinerama etc might be able to nudge me in the right direction
as this was making me rip my hair out last night! ;)

Related to this is another question. When using Ion is there anyway to
make Ion obey or "snap" to the edges of each screen? If you have two
display next to each other, it is not desirable to have an Ion window
span across the displays. (Well, not for me anyway! :))

I tried to drag the segments out so they neatly fit the window edges,
but it jumps (or snaps) around, not letting me absolutely possition
them.

Once again, thank you for your help.

Noah
