I would be happy to provide space and services on one of my servers. Ion3 saves me so much time and work that I want to give something back.It has come to my attention that we must unfortunately give up this mailing list in the near future, although there should not be any real hurry. A new list provider is therefore needed. Since the same may eventually happen to the other donated services (wiki, svn), I've been considering moving the list to one of the sourceforge clones. (I've also been told that MoinMoin would have better spam prevention than PHPWiki. Making login compulsory in the wiki hasn't helped the situation that much.) This would also serve as a "final resting place" for Ion, as I intent to cease active Ion development after release of Ion3, whenever that may be. At least until some really new and revolutionary idea comes up that needs to be implemented, that is. Sourceforge itself is absolutely out of question. Gna and Savannah only provide CVS and Arch, and do not support dynamic content (e.g. a wiki) to my knowledge, so I've been primarily thinking of BerliOS.de that does support Subversion. Does anyone have any experience on it? Or other suggestions?
I already run moinmoin wiki, SA, mailman and svn on my box, so there shouldn't be any problems.
Thanks for your work
Alex
