I don't contribute much, but that doesn't seem to keep anyone else from voicing their preferences (that's not targeted at you Ludwig). Anyway, thus so will I. The documentation issue is a real GIT-showstopper for me. The pros and cons of GIT and Mercurial look equal to me until that one shows up. I'd rather use a slightly worse solution with better documentation, than a slightly better solution with worse documentation.
