Hello Junmo

The web team can update the documents, provided we are given the new content. 
Please don't expect the web team to create the content.

A 40-page document will not be read. The guides should be a handful of pages 
at most, preferable less than 3. If you have between 3 and 15, you should make 
a tutorial. More than that, please write a book (we can talk to O'Reilly about 
publishing it). I'm not including environment setup guides in this.

4) I believe Bill Dieter and Pat's team had generated API docs before, so we 
should have the infrastructure. I am not privy to details here, but I'm trying 
to find out.
