We confirmed that provisioning tool is working with <https://gerrit.iotivity.org/gerrit/#/c/1680> https://gerrit.iotivity.org/gerrit/#/c/1680 but, without 1680, we failed to run it. If possible, could you please share the plan about this change? Thank you.
