What scope do you have in mind?

Minimal OCF support. Iotivity is chock-full of add-ons. They're fine, but I
would prefer that add-ons be separate from the core engine. IOW I would
like to have a minimal OCF kernel that devs can use as the basis of add-ons
(that's part of the motivation for OpenOCF). Not to mention language
bindings. For example, I think C++ should be treated like any other binding
- put it in a separate repo, so I don't have to deal with it unless I want
to (disclosure: I hate C++). Ditto for the Cloud stuff - nice, I guess, but
what is it doing in the core Iotivity project?

Not to mention "presence", which looks to me like a non-ocf feature.
