first the answer: there's no such thing as -b for TCP as far as I know.
I may be wrong though.
Out of curiosity: why would you want to test network performance using
TCP and with limited requirement for bandwidth? Not that this kind of
testing is ilegitimate ...
BTW, it's great name (Haifeng) you've got ...
