I have a working version of Google Maps running on the iPhone at www.iways.us .
The Google Maps program in the iPhone is better though. If there is any interest I can make the program so that you can link to it from an iPhone web page. The one advantage it would have is that it would allow someone to stay in there Safari browser since it would have a link back via the HTTP_REFERRER. Any interest? -Al On Aug 28, 9:25 am, "Tobias Kask" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Sorry for a possibly stupid question - i'm pretty new to this whole thing. > Anyway, does anyone know of a way to display a map (or a screenshot of one) > from google maps in my iPhone application without having to open the > built-in google maps application on top of mine? > > Thanks in advance, > Tobias > > On 8/28/07, Erwin Harte <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > > > > Dean Martindale wrote: > > > Today I tried tapping on a URL for a youtube video at a website and it > > > launched the youtube app. The URL was the standard one youtube > > > provides as a link. > > > What was the URL?
