Hi Kathy, I am also looking into this. What I can tell you so far is that: 1. There are ways to develop iPhone apps on Windows, but most will probably be harder for you to work with. 2. To submit an app to apple, you would need a mac 3. The easiest way I have read about so far, was to install a Mac OS on a PC or to buy a Mac Mini 4. Since this is an iPhone web app group, I am not sure if you are looking to develop native apps or web apps. For web apps, it seems that all that you need is Safari browser
