Yeah, the height settings were hacked.  In the "before-ipaddevcamp" tag the CSS 
supports portrait/landscape and 320x480 with and without the bottom Safari 
Toolbar.

The height needs to be dynamic.  I don't know if there is a pure CSS solution 
to doing everything we need - we might have to set some stuff up using 
JavaScript as suggested once by Remi.

Did I say single?  ;-). For iPad UI it could be multiple, so we should keep 
that in mind (e.g. class rather than id)
