I prefer to work in the Java/JVM environment with Spring MVC (Java Framework), Groovy (JVM-based dynamic language), Rhino (JavaScript on the JVM), and Grails (Groovy-based framework similar to Rails.)
But I've also done mobile sites with Ruby/Rails, PHP, and even ColdFusion.
