Sean, Thank you very much for your response. I looked at the demo at http://mikhailxu.github.com/ and it is kind of what I want. Would it be hard to make the Menu on the left appear and disappear based on, say, tapping on a button? This way the entire screen would be available for use and the menu would only be present when needed.
