yes, it seems like it(= it is not a bug). One line of comment wouldn't
hurt, I'd say(I can hear it already: ``Comment for such obvious thing?
Are you serious?''). :)

However, I find information about power redundancy to be quite
confusing. In case(8) of redundant PSUs, PSU2 is claimed not to be
redundant and PSU1 to be redundant. However, I'd say they're
mutually/complementary(?) redundant to each other. In case(9) of
non-redundant (single) PSU, redundancy is claimed which is not true.
But may be I got it all wrong.
