An alternate way to avoid cache poisoning which avoids the need to
invent a new "b**l*w*ck" concept:

 - never enter glue into any part of the cache's namespace

 - attach glue records to the NS records they came with; when a cache
resolves an NS record into a set of locations, fall back to the NS
record's attached glue records if there isn't a "real" cached entry.
