This ver is a formatting cleanup and adding the Acknowledgement section.
The section 3 in the draft now aligns properly with 7402 Appendix B.1
All the packet diagrams are the same.
Antony, what about your (now) section 4. Should this stay as sec 4, or
should it be moved to sec 3.8? This is new text that is not in 7402.
So please review this. New parts are really sec 4 and 5. Well a bit in
Security Considerations, but most was lifted from 7402. Also the Intro
is new.
If this passes review, I would like to see this adopted as a workgroup
draft.
Thanks for getting this going Antony, to get BEET as part of IPsec.
Note that code for BEET can be found in the HIPL implementation as noted
in sec 8.

Abstract:
This document is an update to the Bound End-to-End Tunnel (BEET) mode
for ESP in as described in [RFC7402]. It brings the description in
alignment with the addition of BEET mode for IKEv2 without any
