Hello,

Question #1...
When adding Contact Properties, as I click the New... button, the
drop-down list is not populated with any prior entries.  For example,
when I added the first Contact Property for user #1, I had to manually
enter 'Email'.  Then when I went to user #2, the drop-down list was
still empty and I had to manually enter 'Email' again.  How can I make
use of the drop-down list?

Question #2...
As a result of Question #1, I incorrectly entered a Contact Property for
user #1.  However, when I click on the 'Delete' button, nothing happens.
I even tried closing the Instant IM Server Manager app and go back in to
the user, but the incorrect contact Property still remains.  How can I
delete Contact Properties?
