I agree. I send comments on this topic to the authors of RFC2434 "Guidelines for writing an iana considerations" suggesting something similar. There is an update underway where this will be addressed.
For now, using <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> sounds right, but we can change it later in the process if there is a specific alias set up.
