Either contact dnsop, where it is probably not appropriate either or better discuss it at any of the ICANN forums. ipv6@ietf.org is not the place as that is about IPv6 "The IPv6 working group is responsible for the specification and standardization of the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6)." See: https://www1.ietf.org/html.charters/ipv6-charter.html for the charter. This thus not include discussion about ICANN or naming.
