Bill, I don't know if the Philippines has ever been logged off the West Coast. I am not sure if anyone off the coast has heard it period. I know the guys at Grayland hear them. The best time for Filipinos is in the Fall Sept-Oct. That is when I hear them. DXEC 1062 seems to be the most common these days. I think they run 50 KW. VOA is not all that easy with their directional pattern even though they run a megawatt.
