The RFSpace SDR-14 showed up about an hour ago. It was an easy setup. I already had the latest version of SpectraVue installed off their web site. I only needed the USB drivers off the supplied CD.
Took a very short amount of time to get a listenable signal. just had to click a few things so the audio would show up. The display and other things were pretty clear. Receiver-wise it does a good job. I'm hearing about all of the stations I would expect. Seeing the bandwidth and being able to adjust for maximum fidelity is a very interesting thing. The analog audio from those places that don't restrict it is quite good. Within the service area, I'd bet it's virtually indistinguishable from IBOC audio. This receiver and the display is an eye-opener, no pun intended. I had to turn down the IF gain, and my antenna system gives a fairly high level, so that needed to be attenuated. Again, easy work. More as it happens...
