Any idea who the SS speaker might be? It is not a religious broadcaster, that's for sure. Sounds like a very commercial Latin. In my AM Radio Log, the only non-religious station listed is WLBA in GA, which I kind of unlikely. Hold on, at 8:02 pm (04:02 UTC) there had ABC news jingle and into English news. Please, any idea who might this be?
