Hi Walt, I checked 1130 a couple of times tonight and have been hearing country music slicing through CKWX from time to time. The only word I have been hearing have been in English, including a KWKH ID. Nothing in Spanish as near as I can tell. However, at the moment it sounds like there are two stations behind CKWX.
I heard KWKH give a legal ID at 9:00 pm PST last night, just before ABC news, so I suspect that's what you're hearing tonight.
