It has PSSA in February from 6:00 to 8:00; 32 watts dropping to 25 watts. That must be it. It has PSSA for two hours every month; 41 watts dropping to 26 watts in April, May, June and September and 32 watts dropping to 25 watts the other months. I never see any discussion of PSRA and PSSA in all of the talk about cheaters.
I have seen discussions regarding the accuracy of the PSRA and PSSA charts in the FCC database. Several smart people and some research suggest that the charts were issued in late February of 2007 and recalled a week or so later. Does anyone want to tackle that topic?
