Chuck,

Any chance you could send me a copy of your logbook in Excel? I'm always curious about how other DX'ers format their logs, what information they decide to track, etc.

For example, early on, I didn't track call sign changes, but now almost twenty years into the hobby, I wish that I had.

Don't give up on Excel. Any cell can be a hyperlink with 1 click. FCC info can be saved as a csv
file and directly imported into Excel. I'm not sure what "searchable" means to you but
would the standard "find" feature of Excel be sufficient? Formatting of the FCC info can
be done with a simple macro..
Bottom line is that I find Excel very easy to use for logs and versatile also.
