----------------------------------------------------------- From: Eoin Message 23 in Discussion Thieves will steal anything, that's that but who throws out a piste? To any workmen that would not look like something used for sport. It is/was pieces of metal which could be mistaken for being part of something that was being constructed in the building. I would not dismiss the intinerant theory so easily, I live around here and there are alot of them about. The piste would have been useful to them. As for UCD security its a joke, it would take 20-30 minutes to move those things from a skip to a van, I doubt very much that UCD security ever checks around behind the sports centre. Its a big campus to patrol so they can't be everywhere. It is also possible that the Sports office are trying to cover their asses but I am not sure if they would be liable anyway. I think anything left in the building is at the owners risk and they are not responsible for it. Another possibility is that Trinity took it to try and get UCD in trouble (hey its possible..........) ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/IrishFencingForum/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
